He specializes in value-based strategies, focusing on understanding the heart of the customer and translating those insights into strong financial results, retention, and aligned growth strategies. His career is marked by a commitment to driving transformation in healthcare through trusted relationships and innovative approaches.

His ability to cultivate trusted relationships and drive meaningful change positions him as a key figure in the ongoing transformation of healthcare delivery.

My commitment to quality healthcare started almost 30 years ago when my mom died suddenly not having received the necessary quality care— making it clear to me just how disjointed our healthcare system was. Significant progress has been made toward a connected healthcare system, but there are still plenty of opportunities for advancement in a way that improves outcomes while reducing costs.
